Preparing Your Art for Display

Please ensure that your artwork is fully ready to be hung or displayed when you drop it off. If you need assistance or have questions about framing or mounting, please ask! We’re happy to help.

How to Prepare Work

Please Note: The Fine Arts Advisory Team reserves the right to refuse any work that is not properly prepared for display or is deemed inappropriate for the space. Additionally, if space is limited due to a high volume of submissions, we may not be able to display all multiple pieces from a single artist.

If you need to make alternate drop-off arrangements or have any questions about the exhibit, contact Carol Baker, Fine Arts Coordinator, at 317-253-6461 x356 (office) or [email protected].

We look forward to celebrating and supporting your artistic journey!
